Complaints Procedure

As the county marketing body for Shropshire, Shropshire Tourism (UK) Ltd has a policy of only promoting properties that are independently inspected and graded under the national inspection scheme offered by Visit Britain and the AA.

All of our websites and publications follow this guideline.

Although Shropshire Tourism has no direct control over any individual tourism business in the county, please be assured that we take all complaints very seriously.

If you have stayed with an accommodation provider featured on this website (or another within the Shropshire Tourism website network), and the quality of your experience gives you reason to complain please use our complaints form to let us know of your experience.

As Shropshire Tourism (UK) Ltd is not a grading and inspecting body, your complaint needs to be taken up directly with the grading body for the establishment, therefore you need to know if the establishment is inspected by Visit Britain or the AA.
